1. Booking and payment

Bookings made on palazzoravenna.com are confirmed once the payment has been completed online by credit or debit card through Stripe. The total amount shown at checkout is charged at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay.

2. Best rate

Rates on our website are always lower than those published on online travel agencies for the same dates and conditions.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: the amount paid is refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the booking is charged. To cancel, write to reservations@palazzoravenna.com.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time. Guests must show a valid identity document at check-in, as required by Italian law.

5. Tourist tax

The Ravenna municipal tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid at the property, according to the rates set by the Municipality.

6. Children

Children of all ages are welcome. A cot for children aged 0–3 is available free of charge on request. Children aged 4 and over are counted as guests. Extra beds are not available.

7. House rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events, including hen and stag parties, are not permitted.

8. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. In case of damage, a charge of up to €300 may be requested after check-out.
